Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows online payment directly from your company's bank account. It is a secure and efficient way to eliminate paper processing and reduce filing time. We will process your EFT application the day we receive it and have you signed up in one business day. To set up EFT, just follow these steps:

1. Print and complete the Payor Application form (PDF) and
   Employee Authorization for Electronic Funds Transfer form (PDF).
2. Submit completed forms to:

   701 West Georgia Street
   Vancouver, BC Canada V7Y 1L2
3. An email notification will be sent to you once your account is active.
4. Changes to your Payor or Employee Authorization information will require submission of new forms.
